There are capable and enlightening human beings behind any statistic. Despite all staggering odds against us, we are light at our core. This powerful source of self energy lives within us all and can guide us out of storms life can throw at us. I know it did for me.
My career started in social services. Through my years of service, I encountered diverse individuals facing complex barriers to well-being. Their environment played a significant factor. However, time after time, I witnessed people’s ability to overcome adversity and create the life they imagined possible. I believe in our ability to create, change, and grow beyond the limiting beliefs set forth by our social, cultural, and familial conditioning.
